We aggregate publicly available data from on-chain sources and third-party data providers (including DeFiLlama) to help users compare annual percentage yields (APY) and total value locked (TVL) across decentralized finance protocols, liquidity pools, chains, and tokens.
The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on APY Hub constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, analysis, comparisons, and content published on this platform are for informational purposes only. You should not make any financial decision based solely on information found on APY Hub.

DeFi protocol names, token names, and blockchain names are the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. APY Hub expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APY Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any content obtained from it.

11. Governing Law
APY Hub operates as an international online platform without a fixed legal domicile in a single jurisdiction. These Terms are not governed by the law of any specific country or state. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration conducted in the English language on an online basis.
